AI Governance
Your customer sent an AI questionnaire. Answer it with a record, not a guess.
Aegis Firma tells you which of 169 AI and privacy regimes actually apply to your company, drafts the policies and assessments they ask for from your own answers, and keeps the evidence in one place so the next questionnaire takes an afternoon instead of a fortnight.
Free, no signup. Answers about your company, not a list of every law in the world.

Somebody is waiting on a document you do not have yet.
It is usually one of three: an enterprise buyer’s security and AI questionnaire holding up a contract, a board or investor asking what your AI policy is, or the EU AI Act’s transparency duties landing on a product that quietly added a model last year. All three want the same thing — a written answer you can stand behind. That is what this builds.
What you get, and where it lives
Every line below is a working part of the product with its own page. Open any of them.
- Which rules apply to you
The registry covers 169 jurisdictions — the EU AI Act, Colorado, California, Illinois, Texas, the UK framework and the rest — each with who it applies to, what it requires, the penalties and the in-force dates. It narrows to yours rather than handing you all of them.
- EU AI Act timeline
Transparency duties (Art. 50) are in force now; high-risk obligations (Annex III) apply from 2 December 2027. The timeline always reads against today’s date, so it tells you what is live now rather than what was live when it was written.
- AI policy generator
A policy drafted from your own answers about your own systems — not a template with your name substituted in.
- AI risk assessment
Work through a system’s risk the way an assessor would, and keep the completed assessment as the record.
- Questionnaire answering
Build the answers to a customer’s security and AI questionnaire once, then reuse them the next time one arrives.
- Vendor and tool checks
Check an AI tool or vendor before it goes into your stack, and keep what you found.
- Hiring and employment AI
NYC Local Law 144, Illinois HB 3773 and résumé-screening bias checks, each with the specific obligation it answers.
- Reports anyone can verify
Every report is signed and carries its own verification link. The person you hand it to confirms it is unaltered without an account.
What it costs
Free tools with no signup. The AI record itself runs on a platform plan: $79 a month for one seat (two more at $20 each if you need them) or $199 a month for five seats with the industry playbooks. Annual billing is two months free. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
See pricingWhere we stop
We are not a law firm and we do not answer a regulator, a customer or a questionnaire on your behalf. What we produce is drafted from what you tell us, for you and your counsel to review and sign. A registry entry records what we verified and the date we verified it — not a legal opinion that it applies to you.
