Digital Compliance

Find out what is on your website before somebody else does.

Accessibility demand letters and data-subject requests both start the same way: a stranger looks at your site and you have no record of what is there. Aegis Firma runs 60 automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks on your pages, scores the exposure the way the litigation actually works, gives you the fix list, and keeps the proof that you found and fixed it.

No credit card, no signup, results in minutes.

Website accessibility demand letters are sent to small businesses every day, and almost all of them begin with an automated scan of a site the owner had never scanned. The same is true of a data-subject request: the first time most companies think about their erasure process is the day somebody demands one. Both are answerable — but only with a record that was already being kept.

What you get, and where it lives

Every line below is a working part of the product with its own page. Open any of them.

  • Free WCAG 2.2 AA scan

60 automated checks against your page, a lawsuit-risk score weighted by ADA Title III litigation patterns rather than a raw error count, and plain-English fix instructions ordered by risk.

  • The ADA door

What to do first if a demand letter has already arrived, and what the paid plans add: scheduled re-scans, regression alerts when a site update reintroduces a failure, and score history.

  • VPAT and ACR

The accessibility conformance report that enterprise and public-sector procurement asks for, generated from your own scan results.

  • Data-subject request portal

A hosted request page for your customers, identity verification before anything is disclosed, and an SLA clock per jurisdiction so a deadline cannot pass unnoticed.

  • Privacy policy and cookie banner

A policy and a consent banner generated from what your site actually does, not a template that names services you do not use.

  • Data processing agreements

The DPA a customer asks for before they will sign, drafted against your own processing.

  • Our own accessibility record

What our own product conforms to, and where it does not. We scan ourselves with the scanner we sell.

  • Reports anyone can verify

Every report is signed and carries its own verification link, so the person you hand it to can confirm it came from us unaltered.

What it costs

The scan is free, for anyone, with no signup. Keeping the record — scheduled re-scans, regression alerts, score history and the VPAT — starts at $79 a month. Data-subject request handling starts at $179 a month. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Where we stop

No automated scan catches every accessibility barrier — ours included. Some failures only a person using a screen reader will find, and we say so on the result page rather than in a footnote. We are not a law firm and we do not answer a demand letter for you. What you get is an honest picture of what a machine can find, the fix list, and the dated record that you found and fixed it.
