Exporting your compliance data
Your data is yours. Aegis Firma lets you export your compliance records, generated documents, and evidence at any time — whether you are assembling an audit package, keeping an offline backup, or leaving.
What you can export
- Generated policy documents, as PDF.
- Your evidence files, with a manifest linking each artifact to its control.
- Your AI tool inventory and vendor register, as CSV.
- Your compliance roadmap and assessment results.
Export documents
Each generated document can be downloaded as a PDF from the Documents area. The PDF is the same audited template the product produced — no third-party AI is involved at any point.
Export evidence
From the Evidence Library, export your evidence together with its manifest so an assessor can see exactly which artifact supports which control.
Export registers
The AI tool inventory and the vendor risk register each export to CSV, so you can open them in a spreadsheet or import them elsewhere.
