Billing, plans, and the price lock
This guide explains how Aegis Firma billing works — choosing a plan, adding seats, and what the price-lock guarantee means for you. For current prices and the full feature comparison, see the pricing page.
Choosing a plan
Plans are priced per organization, not per usage, so your bill is predictable. Each plan includes a set number of seats and a jurisdiction allowance; higher plans add more seats, more jurisdictions, and access to advanced modules. The pricing page shows the current tiers and exactly what each one includes.
- Compare every plan side by side on the pricing page.
- Manage your subscription under Settings → Billing.
- Add or remove team-member seats under Settings → Billing → Manage seats.
Annual prepay
Paying annually instead of monthly lowers your effective rate. You can switch between monthly and annual billing when you change your plan.
The price-lock guarantee
The price you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active. If we raise prices for new customers, your rate does not change. Cancelling and re-subscribing later starts a new subscription at the then-current price.
Receipts and payment
Payments and receipts are handled by our payment provider. Every charge generates a receipt sent to your billing email. If you need a question answered, contact us and we reply within 4 working days.
