Each time you generate a new compliance document — AI Acceptable Use Policy, DPIA, Data Processing Agreement, Risk Assessment, or any other — it counts as one AI document. Editing and re-downloading an existing document does not consume a new quota slot.
An AI scan is triggered when you run an automated assessment of an AI tool in your registry, or when the system scans a vendor policy document for compliance gaps. Manual tool entries without AI analysis do not count.
Questions you ask the Aegis Firma AI assistant in the dashboard chat panel count as queries. Clarifications within the same session may count as separate queries depending on length.
You will see a clear message explaining which limit has been reached and which plan removes it. No documents are deleted. Existing documents remain fully accessible in read-only mode. Limits reset on the first day of each billing month.
Solo is single-seat only (hard cap, no add-ons). Team includes 5 seats, +$20/seat up to 15 total. Business includes 15 seats, +$20/seat up to 50 total. Federal includes 25 seats, +$20/seat up to 100 total.
Your plan price is locked from the day you subscribe. If we raise prices in future, existing subscribers continue paying their original rate indefinitely, as long as the subscription remains active.
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% off). Annual plans can be selected at checkout.
Your data is preserved in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. See the Cancellation and Data Deletion policy for full details.
No. EU AI Act coverage — risk classification across all four tiers, the AI system registry, bias testing and post-market monitoring panels, and the disclosure generator — is included in every paid tier (Solo, Team, Business, and Federal) at no extra cost. There is no separate EU AI Act SKU.
