- How quickly does Pro activate after I pay?
- Within seconds. Our payment provider posts the subscription event to our license registry, which unlocks Pro on the next popup open. The cookie sign-in flow detects the subscription on the first request — no license key to paste.
- What happens if I start with ExtensionASO standalone and later add other Aegis extensions?
- ExtensionASO Pro keeps working at the standalone price. The Pro Pack only becomes the better deal when you use 4 or more Aegis extensions — at that point cancel the standalone subscription and switch to the Pack to save money.
- How do I cancel?
- Use the customer portal link on every receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and Pro features keep working until then.
- Are taxes included?
- Our payment provider acts as the merchant of record and collects VAT or sales tax for your region at checkout. The price shown above is pre-tax; the checkout page shows the final total.
- Can I expense this?
- Yes — every receipt includes the company name, your billing address, and a tax breakdown so it works for expense reports. The customer portal also lets you download every prior invoice.
