- Does this record meeting audio?
- No. The extension reads the live caption stream Google Meet already produces, then formats it into a transcript. There is no audio file at any point, on disk or in transit.
- Will the meeting host see I am recording?
- No. Because no audio is captured, Google Meet does not surface a "this meeting is being recorded" notice for other participants.
- Can I get an AI summary of a long meeting?
